I have a serve allergic reaction to most metals. Twenty One years ago Mark was the only jeweller in the Niagara Region who worked with us and went out of his way to find us platinum wedding rings. We have been going there ever since had have had fantastic service ... every time. I just pick up my fathers wedding ring that was cut in half. I asked if it would be possible to have it before his birthday 3 weeks away. They had it fixed within a week. The service and the people are extraordinary!!! I went to meet with Mark VandenDool to plan and design a custom ring that would incorporate diamonds from a ring I had inherited from my Mom and another ring as well. Mark met with me on a few occasions and emailed with me as well. He was always so ... kind, explaining all the steps involved and giving me background information to inform my decisions. I am a retired gentleman who recently moved to the Niagara Region. Just before leaving the GTA I had decided to purchase an engagement ring for that "special someone" in my life. I visited several Jewellers in the local mall and really didn't see anything that caught my eye and ... being so busy with the upcoming move, I decided to wait until I got settled into the Niagara Region.
